Terms
All purchases made from Family Horizons will need to be prepaid. No goods will be shipped until payment has been authorized and received.
Shipping
Physical resources, such as books and DVD’s will be dispatched by postal service, unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase. International purchases will be sent by the cheapest air mail service. All prices for physical goods include shipping. No other costs should be applied, unless alternative arrangements (such as extra costs for faster delivery) have been made at the time of purchase.
E-books will be delivered by email. It is important therefore, for purchaser’s email address to be entered correctly.
Refunds
All care must be taken when ordering any product from the Family Horizons website. No refunds will be given because of a change of mind or whim of any kind.
However, should a product prove defective, a refund or replacement will be happily provided. A product is not considered 'defective' because of spelling or grammatical errors or errors of placement if the general text and its meaning are still readily understandable.
A digital product would only be considered 'defective' if download was unable to successfully take place.
All product is guaranteed, subject to these conditions, for 28 days from the date of purchase.
